MAYOR'S MESSAGE

Welcome to the Town of Church Point on the banks of the Plaquemine Brule!

We are proud of our community, and I extend to all of you a warm invitation to visit us soon.  Come and enjoy the clean crisp air, great food, and our friendly outgoing people.  Come on by for a cup of coffee, for the Cajun Woodstock, for the Buggy Festival, for the Courir de Mardi Gras, stay a week, or a lifetime!

We maintain a safe, vibrant community of mostly Acadian decedents with a high quality of life sustained by our world renowned “Joie de Vive” (Joy of Life).  

The Mayor's office provides vision, leadership, and coordination of city services as well as implementing a comprehensive strategic plan for the benefit of all current and future citizens of our Town.
